Description

Leadership Tools to Protect Your Confidence and Clarity, with Certified EOS Implementer Chad Eddy

In this session, Chad Eddy, Certified EOS Implementer, will cover two practical leadership tools to help protect your confidence and clarity. First is how to delegate and elevate so you can spend the majority of your time in your unique ability (doing the work you love and are best at). The second is the Clarity Break, which is scheduling time in your busy schedule to refocus your precious time and attention on the things that matter most in your business (and your life).

This is the second of quarterly sessions that provides practical education and tools to help manage your family business and operate more effectively. In each 90-minute session, you'll learn the "What," the "Why," and the "How" of some of the most useful management tools.

Facilitator:

EOS Worldwide

Chad has been an entrepreneur his whole life. He led two startups as the founder, created and led a non-profit initiative supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and helped start up and lead a new division within a large corporation. Chad went to graduate school to focus on entrepreneurship because he believes entrepreneurs (like you) change the world.

Chad has first-hand experience running small businesses on EOS. He has owned and led two small businesses through major rebuilding, recapitalization, and rebranding. He knows what it’s like to hit ceilings and experience the common frustrations of small business (lack of control, lack of profits, people). And he has experience implementing EOS to break through those barriers, achieve clarity of vision, and get everyone rowing in the same direction to achieve that vision. All the while, creating healthy and cohesive leadership teams.

Practical Tools for Managers is a series of quarterly sessions that apply to all managers (new and experienced), regardless of whether or not you are familiar with EOS.
