Description
Women Leading Businesses: Opportunities and Challenges
Leadership looks different for everyone, but for women in business, the path is often shaped by unspoken expectations, complex dynamics, and moments that require both confidence and care.
This session creates space for honest conversation about what it really means to lead as a woman today, especially within family-owned and closely held businesses. Through shared experiences and real-world perspectives, we’ll explore how women navigate leadership roles, define success on their own terms, and influence organizations in meaningful ways.
Topics will include:
- Stepping into leadership with clarity and presence
- Navigating family, legacy, and organizational dynamics
- Finding your voice at the table, and knowing when to use it
- Growing influence, resilience, and confidence over time
Expect meaningful dialogue, fresh perspective, and the chance to connect with others who understand both the responsibility and the opportunity that come with leading.

Panelists:
Chelsea King Deane, CEO - King Business Interiors
