Description
Using Data to Guide Your Well-Being Strategy
Building on the February session, we will focus on using data to tell your story. Using different types of data, can help to identify opportunities to enhance your program, showcase outcomes, and move your well-being program forward. Data can be gathered from a wide range of sources including organizational benchmarking, healthcare care claims, associate engagement surveys, needs and interest surveys, and health risk assessment data. We will review different data gathering tools, including the HERO Health and Well-Being Scorecard, and the impact each can have on providing insight into your program and opportunities.
