IDS - Identify-Discuss-Solve

Join us for a live webinar with Ryan Yeoman, a Professional EOS Implementer. This is the second* in a series of three sessions on using EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System®) tools to improve meetings and accountability at all levels in your family business.

In this session, Ryan will cover IDS and how to use this tool in L10 meetings. IDS stands for Identify-Discuss-Solve and is a way to help get to and through the issues that matter most.

*If you did not participate in the first webinar on the L10 meeting, you can still register to attend this webinar. You are, however, strongly encouraged to view the first L10 meeting webinar prior to this session. Conway Center members can access this webinar from the Resource Library by logging into the Member Information Center .
