Emotional Intelligence
This Peer Group helps participants explore their leadership skills and provides new ways of looking at coaching and team building. This is a great opportunity for up-and-coming family business leaders as well as current managers who wish to re-evaluate their approach to staff development and mentoring. Facilitated by Ethan Martin, M.S. of Integrated Leadership Systems.
