Change can be difficult and overwhelming to some. Regardless of how frequently or infrequently your family business experiences change, it is essential to understand the impact that change has on an organization and its people. Join us as we explore the psychology of successfully leading teams through change.
Facilitator Jackie Schetter, Founder of Lead for Culture, will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face.
