Description
Your Leadership Ethos
Leadership ethos is a leader's moral compass, integrity, and commitment to ethical behavior. It's the foundation for a leader's skills and principles, and it guides their actions, decisions, and interactions.
In this session, we will explore various styles of leadership and the components of a leadership ethos. You will have the opportunity to begin creating your own personal ethos, as well as understanding how your style may impact others.
Facilitator Jackie Schetter, Founder of Lead for Culture, will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
