Join us for this very interactive and informative half day session.  We'll start with Mythbusters and end with an illuminating discussion on hiring Veterans as a tool to solve the talent issues many of you are facing.

9:00 am - Our friends from Windsor Advisory Group will cut through the noise and provide a refreshingly honest assessment of wealth management and estate planning. This interactive session will debunk common myths and provide practical guidance for executives making critical financial decisions.

• Understanding how your financial advisors are compensated and how it impacts their recommendations
• Why rushing to use your lifetime tax exemption may be counterproductive
• Evaluating alternatives to trusts in estate planning
• Common misconceptions about life insurance as an investment vehicle

              Each table has a topic/theme
              20 minutes at each table then rotate (3 rotations)
 
11: 45 am - Lunch & Veteran Hiring Discussion
Corey Reiser from School of Grit is a 10-year Army captain who now works with transitioning veterans in myriad ways. He will discuss how they promote pathways to financial freedom, their Skill Bridge program, and ways for businesses to hire from and retain this highly qualified, disciplined, and motivated labor pool.
