EOS Integrators
This group is for EOS Integrators or the equivalent on the leadership team*.
Group members understand – and share their experiences about – navigating the complex dynamics of family business and entrepreneurship. They delve into the ups and downs associated with the heavy responsibility for executing the Visionary’s vision and for achieving the company’s goals. Experience-sharing is valued over advice-giving, and strict confidentiality creates a safe space in which to explore solutions to difficult problems. Members share deeply, vulnerably, and respectfully, which leads to more productive conversations as well as long-lasting relationships.
Members find comfort in learning they are not alone in their frustrations and challenges, and after each quarterly half-day session, they return to their companies with renewed energy, novel ideas, and practical techniques and tools to put into action right away.
Kim Troy is Founder and CEO of Civilis Consulting.
Civilis works with CEOs, board members, entrepreneurs and leadership teams to strategize and implement organization-wide transformations. As an embedded member of her clients’ leadership teams, Kim serves as a fractional COO or EOS® Integrator to help companies and their visionaries.
