This group is for EOS Integrators or the equivalent on the leadership team. These facilitated sessions will provide group members the opportunity to get and share advice on EOS best practices as well as implementation challenges and other issues they are facing.

However, it is then up to those next gen leaders to reclaim and foster a entrepreneurial mindset in order to grow the business and secure the family business legacy regardless of where they are in the generational sequence. We'll hear how successors are fostering and promoting entrepreneurism in their decades-old family businesses.
