Effective Stress Management - The holidays are coming up! That means fun, family, and STRESS. We spent some time last year learning about how anxiety affects us and how we can overcome it, but stress is different from anxiety. It’s important that we understand the difference so that we can effectively cope with stress as it comes to us in various forms. We’ll gain practical insights into how to manage stress, how to foster a work/life balance when we work with family and explore what our beliefs about stress have to do with how it affects us.
