Description
How to Handle Difficult/Uncomfortable Matters with Confidence
Nobody likes to have that difficult conversation with family members and/or employees but we know they are important and necessary. Join guest facilitator Donna Musilli from DM360 as we discuss best practice strategies for those tough conversations. These include having the items to think about before going into the conversation, some useful concepts to practice during the conversation, and some conversation opening examples.
This is an interactive session to learn how to better tackle difficult conversations and share what has worked for you - or how the group can help!
Generously sponsored by KeyBank
This group is for women who own, work for, or play a supporting role in a family business. Managing family dynamics, best business practices, leadership, and communication in the family business are just a few of the topics that are explored in this interactive group. Facilitated by Bea Wolper from Emens Wolper Jacobs & Jasin.
