Strategies for Delivering Effective Performance Reviews and Giving Feedback
Employee performance reviews are an important part of engaging employees and if done right, have a big impact on their success in your organization. However, giving performance feedback can be very uncomfortable and especially tricky in family business. Join us as we discuss elements of an effective performance review, how often they should be conducted, and practical strategies for delivering valuable feedback.
This brown-bag lunch monthly peer group will be co-facilitated by Bea Wolper and Donna Musilli and is for women - both family and non-family - who work in a family-owned business. Our new format allows for connection, sharing, inspiration, and support.
