Description
We are partnering with the Family Business Center at Loyola University to take a deep dive into the challenges faced by non-family executives and the strategies you can employ to overcome them. This is a live remote workshop. The facilitators will use case studies and scenarios to share findings, collaborate, and deepen your understanding of the intricacies of blending family and non-family executives in leadership roles.
