Establishing Personal Values Within the Bigger Picture
Defining values is critical for success in business. We hope to work where our values and company values align. We’ll discuss how to navigate differences in values from one generation to the next within the family business and how to create a personal values statement that will guide your behaviors at the office and reflect your family’s and company’s values. We’ll also examine how establishing values can eliminate unnecessary conflict in the office.
Note that these sessions are only for family members only - who work in a family business (no Service Providers)
