We all care deeply about different issues in our communities, and as we become more financially independent, we want to share our passions in our companies and inspire others to help us make a difference in the world. Does your current owner have special community projects that are important to him/her but may not resonate with you, other family members, or staff? What would be your passion project as a leader? How can you take steps now to begin to plant those seeds in the organization?
Join us in person at ODU as we discuss this important topic. Next Gen Leaders working in a family business only please - no Service Providers.
Our Next Generation Leaders Peer Group is for up-and-coming family business members who are interested in assuming greater leadership roles in their family-owned business. Each month, M.J. Clark of Integrated Leadership Systems will provide content and facilitate group discussion on topics that are relevant and necessary to growth as a next gen family business leader.
