Building a Well-Being Strategy to Support Your Organization and Your Employees
During this session we will explore steps that your organization can take to build a comprehensive well-being strategy, to support your employees and the overall health of your organization. A comprehensive strategy can include three foundational steps to moving your plan forward: gaining leadership support, building an inclusive well-being strategy team, and utilizing data and measurement to support your initiatives. Regardless of the size of your organization, budget, or experience these steps can help you identify your next steps and put thought into action.

Senior Advisor
OhioHealth
Amy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health and wellness management. Currently serving as Senior Advisor for OhioHealth Employer Solutions, a division that partners with over 6,000 customers through onsite clinics, occupational medicine, fitness and wellness programming, and other retail and clinical services. In this role, Amy works with employer partners to identify strategic goals to drive their well-being efforts using a variety of tools and operational services, including the HERO Health and Well-Being Scorecard as a preferred provider.
Her more than 20 years of professional experience in health and well-being includes leadership roles in medically based fitness centers, corporate fitness and wellness operations, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Amy holds degrees from both Ball State University and Indiana University and most recently completed her Doctorate in Public Health from Capella University.
