Description
As a leader, you have power. Not the kind of power where you tell people what to do, but the power to choose how you show up each and every day. In this program, we’ll explore the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions and also assess intention vs impact as leaders in family business.
Facilitator Tami Chapek, CEO, Founder, and Professional Leadership Coach of WeInspireWe will facilitate these monthly sessions focusing on the most relevant leadership challenges and opportunities you face. This is a very collaborative group that encourages peer-to-peer sharing. ALL Conway Center members are invited to attend any of these sessions, but please RSVP.
