The Stay Interview
With the great resignation still under way, now may be a good time to conduct stay interviews with your employees and new(er) hires to find out what’s working and what opportunities you have to improve your retention rates.
We’ll explore who to talk to, when to talk, what to ask, and what to do with the information you learn. We’ll touch on culture and the Employee Value Proposition as part of our time together. Bring your best stay interview questions to share!
During this in-person program, Sharon DeLay, President of GO-HR will lead the discussion and provide her expertise of the challenges that face family businesses. Don’t miss this in-person opportunity to dig deep into HR issues, engage with each other and consult with Sharon!
